I’m happy to announce that this image of mine came in 19th under the ceremony category in the recently concluded 2011 Q4 WPJA contest. My first in WPJA. *Achievement badge unlocked!*
This photography journey has been very awesome so far and am loving every single minute of it. Hopefully more awards to come!

Father-Daughter moment

If there was one moment that summed up the wedding for me over the weekend, it has got to be this dance between father and daughter. I felt the close bond between the both of them and some things are quite difficult to explain so I’ll let this image speak for itself.

This is one of the reason why I love my job.

This was taken at my first indian temple ceremony and other than that it was memorable as it won my first ever first placing in a WPJA contest.

Most people would shun things being thrown at them but Arvid did the opposite and opened his mouth to welcome the rice blessing.

Fireworks

This was a lucky capture a few years ago during one of the Saturdays leading up to NDP. The couple had their banquet at Fullerton and had a room facing the Marina Bay area. Their 2nd change timing coincided with the trial fireworks and we grabed a quick shot before the fireworks went out.

I wonder what was he trying to say?

Sam & Stefanie got married a couple of weeks ago in a lovely and intimate setting of the Armenian Church (Armenian Apostolic Church of St. Gregory the Illumninator Singapore) followed by a really beautiful dinner reception at Monu@Nomu.
